What Happens Next?

3.The initial draft of the bankruptcy petition is emailed to you in PDF or BestCase format.
4.You review the petition and make any necessary corrections.
5.Priority Bankruptcy prepares the final version of the bankruptcy petition ready to file in court.
6.If requested, Priority Bankruptcy  will electronically file the petition for you at no additional charge.
7.Priority Bankruptcy bills you for their services. You have 30 days to pay the invoice.
