Is hiring an off-site paralegal considered "sharing fees"?

Absolutely not!  You pay Priority Bankruptcy the same as you pay a subcontract, temporary or other off-site employee on a "per job" basis.  We are not paid by the debtor(s).  Our fee is only for services; much the same as when you pay your law office staff a salary. This is not considered "sharing fees" since your law office staff are providing a service to the law firm. The only difference is that Priority Bankruptcy pays all their own overhead including income taxes, office supplies, software, etc. Your cost is one flat rate per petition. There are NO HIDDEN CHARGES.
